The two towers are 220 feet and 19 storeys and 239 feet and 21 storeys in height. There are approximately 745 residential suites planned for the two development including nearly 58,000 sq.ft. of retail space. 1221 King West, the 19 storey tower would have 301 residential suites and 24,111 sq.ft. of ground level retail space. 1182 King West would have 444 residential suites and considerably more street level retail.
